Our suppliers are regularly audited for social compliance through visits made by ourselves and independent auditors.
Corrective action plans and employee self-assessments address any issues that are identified, and employees are educated on our Code of Labour Practices. Our complaints procedure is held in native local languages to ensure fair and transparent relationships with employees.

In addition to this, our employees in China oversee production to ensure it stays in line with our values and Social Responsibility and Vendor Code of Practice.
We only work with suppliers who respect being socially responsible employers and reserve the right to terminate our business relationship with any supplier who is unwilling or unable to comply with our Code of Practice.
